1977
SHL redefines Human Capital Management by introducing the science of human behavior into talent decision-making.
1984
SHL develops the first Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ), setting new standards in psychometric assessment.
1991
SHL Hellas was founded, introducing objective assessment methodologies and psychometrics to the workplace in Greece and Cyprus for the first time.
2006
SHL integrates Computer Adaptive Testing technology into ability tests, significantly increasing accuracy and the assessment experience.
2008
SHL Hellas surpasses the milestone of 1,000,000 successful assessments in Greece and Cyprus.
2012
SHL is acquired by CEB, and SHL Hellas is renamed Evalion, marking a new chapter in its evolution.
