Gen Z is already part of the workforce, bringing new expectations, different priorities, and a new way of looking at work and development.<\/span><\/p>

But <\/span>how much of what we believe about Gen Z is actually based on data?<\/b><\/p>

We assessed <\/span>2,365 Greek Gen Z graduates<\/b>, looking at both their skills and motivations and the findings challenge some of the familiar assumptions about this generation.<\/span><\/p>

Gen Z is not the \u201cfragile generation\u201d it is often portrayed to be. Instead, the data highlights <\/span>strengths that managers should know about<\/b> and leverage, as well as specific <\/span>areas where Gen Z can develop<\/b>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

And when it comes to motivation, the picture gets even more interesting. <\/span>What really matters to Gen Z? What do they expect from an employer, and what do they need to grow?<\/b><\/p>

As part of <\/span>GenHub Summit 2026<\/b>, we presented the findings of our research and turned them into a practical <\/span>Manager\u2019s Guide<\/b>, with data, insights, and actionable strategies to help organizations attract and develop Gen Z talent more effectively.<\/span><\/p>
