This is confirmed by Evalion\u2019s latest research, based on 70,000 360\u00b0 assessments<\/strong> from 2,441 leader<\/strong>s across 49 companies<\/strong> and 8 industries<\/strong> in the Greek market.<\/span><\/p>

Key Findings <\/b><\/h3>

The analysis reveals a consistent pattern of gaps between self-perception and external evaluation. Specifically, leaders tend to overestimate their performance in critical capabilities, such as Achievement Orientation & Initiative.<\/span><\/p>

At the same time, the research highlights the opposite trend: capabilities that leaders tend to underestimate are consistently recognized by their evaluators as strong areas, their hidden strengths.<\/span><\/p>
